.How can I contact you?
Our office is located in the Brigittenstraat 2, Utrecht, The Netherlands. Best way to contact us is via email. You can also try calling us at +31 (0)30 2145210. We don't have a showroom!

.Do you provide International delivery?
Yes, we provide worldwide shipping. After we receive your payment we will ship you a tracking number so you can follow your order. You will most probably have to pay import duties and local taxes, these are NOT included in the prices of Bathroom Mania. Check with your local customs office to get an indication of the costs you can expect.
 
.What about shipping costs?
Shipping costs will be specified per product. The shipping costs cover a door-to-door transport of the products ordered. The products will be delivered at the location you specify.
 

.What about tax or local import duties?
If you order from a country of the European Union import duties are not applicable. Orders for companies that provide their tax (VAT) identification number will be invoiced with 0% tax. The customer will be responsible for paying local taxes. For consumers in the European Union 21% tax is included in the price as mentioned on our website.
If you order from a country outside of the European Union you will most probably have to pay import duties and local taxes. These are NOT included in the prices of Bathroom Mania! Check with your local customs office to get an indication of the costs you can expect.

 

.When will my order be shipped?
When the products of your order are in stock and the payment of the full order amount has been received, Bathroom Mania will ship your order within five (5) working days. This is excluding the transport time to your location. Depending on your location shipping takes 2-7 days.

 
.How do I track my order?

After we receive your payment, within two (2) days we will send you a tracking number by email. Make sure you enter the correct email address when ordering and check your Spam if you did not get the tracking number. We also require your phone number for delivery purposes. If there is any problem with the delivery of your order please contact us


.I received my order, but it is damaged, what should I do?
Please email us pictures of the damaged/broken goods. We will reply to you within two (2) working days and will try to find a fitting solution.

 

.What is your return policy?

The purchaser has the right to dissolve the contract without giving reasons for seven (7) working days from the date of delivery of the purchased goods. To dissolve the contract of sale, the customer must send an email to that effect to BM. The purchaser must return the delivered goods to BM in the same condition and in the same packaging, using the same means of transport that BM used or, if that is not possible, by airmail. The purchaser has to pay the transport costs for returning the goods. BM will refund the amount paid for the returned goods within one week of receipt of the goods, without making any charges for the refund.
If the purchaser refuses to accept the delivery, BM will charge the purchaser for all costs and any loss arising from this refusal, including the full transport costs (round trip). The costs and loss will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to the purchaser.

.Can I use the Kisses urinal in my country?

The Kisses urinal was developed based on European standards and fittings [NEN-EN 80 (Aug. 2001) & NEN-EN 13407 (Feb. 1999)]. Please consult your local installation specialist for details on whether or not the urinal can be fitted in your country. Review the specifications and download drawings via this link. Required installation materials for worldwide installation can be bought in our web-shop. Note that the flush hardware is not included with the urinal and should best be bought locally.

.What is the difference between a Kisses top-inlet and a Kisses back-inlet urinal?

The difference is the positioning of the water inlet opening (on the top or on the back of the urinal). Which urinal you have to order depends on the flush system you want to use. Is your current flushing system build into the wall, order the back-inlet. Is your current flushing system build on top of the urinal, order the top-inlet.  Click this link to see an example of the top- and back-inlet urinal with their respective flush system. Please consult your local installation specialist to decide which urinal variant suits your situation best. Note that the flush hardware is not included with the urinal and should best be bought locally.

.What parts do I need to install the Kisses urinal in the USA/Canada?
The Kisses urinal is designed according to European Standards. In order to connect the urinal to your American/Canadian drain system you will need to order the Horizontal P-trap and the Rubber Grommet. The Kisses urinal uses an external p-trap/siphon (click to see an example). A p-trap/siphon is used to prevent smelly gasses from the drainage channel entering your bathroom. To connect Kisses to your American water-pipe you will need a spud: a top-spud for a Kisses top-inlet, a back-spud for a Kisses back-inlet. These items can be found in our web shop.


.Can I use the WET products in my country?
WET products are developed based on European standards and fittings. Please consult your local installation specialist for details on whether or not the products can be fitted in your country. In the case you have difficulties to find the required connection/fitting material, please contact us via and we will try to assist you. We recommend to have the products installed by a qualified specialist.
