Bathroom Mania! is a Dutch company
founded by Meike van Schijndel and is active since 2001.
In 2004 our activities have resulted in the foundation of
the Bathroom Mania! B.V.. Our
offices are located at Weersingel wz 33A, 3513 BC Utrecht,
in the Netherlands. By phone you can reach us at + 31 (0)30
2145210, by fax at + 31 (0)30 2145212. We are registered
at the Chamber of Commerce in Utrecht with registration
number 30 19 71 93. Our tax identification number is NL
8133.33.738.B.01 and we bank at the Rabobank using accountnumber

Our
products
- Which products are available?
Currently only the Kisses!
urinal (in two variants) is in production. We continue
to work hard on introducing additional products. Via our
website you can now also buy the products of WET,
an Italian design company and design tiles and custom mosaics!
- What the hell were you thinking when designing the Kisses!
urinal?
Rest assured, you are not the only
person asking this question! The designs (including the
'Kisses' urinal) are part of a project in search of a new
bathing experience. The project involved bringing more color
and fun in the bathroom to enrich the experience of the
daily ritual of bathing. The Kisses! urinal was the result
of a quest for an expressive product and actually evolved
from a washbasin shaped like a cartoonish mouth. The design
is a sexless, cartoonish sculpture of a mouth and it has
never been the intention of Bathroom Mania! to offend anybody
with our designs.
- How do I use / What is the Kisses! urinal?
Quite simply... it is a urinal and
it is supposed to be used as a urinal and for nothing else!

- Can I use the Kisses! urinal in my country?
The Kisses! urinal was developed based
on European standards (NEN-EN 80 (Aug. 2001) en NEN-EN 13407 (Feb. 1999)) and fittings. Please consult your
local installation specialist for details on whether or
not the urinal can be fitted in your country. Review the
specifications via this link.
In the case you have difficulties to find the required connection/fitting
material, please contact us via our
contact form and we will try to assist you.
- Can I fit the Kisses! urinal myself?
First of all make sure that the specifications
of the Kisses! urinal will enable you to install it at your
location. We recommend to have the urinal installed by a
qualified specialist. Review our (basic) installation
instructions but note that these only specify how to
mount the urinal to the wall, the instructions do not specify
how to fit the flush and outlet to your piping systems since
these depend on your location and the flush you chose to
use. The flush hardware will contain instructions on how
to fix it.
- What is the difference between a top inlet and a back
inlet urinal?
The difference is the positioning
of the water inlet opening (on the top or on the back of
the urinal). Which urinal you have to order depends on the
flush system you want to use. Click this link
to see an example of the top and backinlet urinal with their
respective flush system. Please consult your local installation
specialist to decide which urinal variant suits your situation
best. Note that the flush hardware is not included with
the urinal.
- I have a flushing system that is integrated in the wall
- can I use the Kisses! urinal?
Yes, you can. The Kisses! urinal is
available in two variants, a top
and a back inlet version. In your case please order
the back inlet version (after having checked the specifications).
- I have a flushing system that requires a top inlet in
the urinal, can I use the Kisses urinal?
Yes, you can. The Kisses! urinal is
available in two variants, a top
and a back inlet version. In your case please order
the top inlet version (after having checked the specifications).
- Does the Kisses! urinal contain a built-in siphon/p-trap?
No, it does not. The Kisses! urinal
uses an external p-trap/siphon
(click to see an example). A p-trap/siphon is used to prevent
smelly gasses from the drainage channel entering your bathroom.
- Can I use WET products in my country?
WET products are developed based on
European standards and fittings. Please consult your local
installation specialist for details on whether or not the
products can be fitted in your country. Review the specifications
via this link, note that a siphon is included with the product.

- Can I fit the WET products myself?

Ordering / Shipping
- Which products are for sale?
Currently we sell the Kisses!
urinal (in two variants), washbasins and bathtubs of WET,
design tiles and custom mosaic. We are working hard on introducing
additional products.
- Is the flush hardware included when I buy a Kisses! urinal?
No, it is not. Basically most flushing
hardware will work (if fitted for the specifications
of our urinal, please check before buying flushing hardware).
- Is the outlet siphon/p-trap hardware included when I buy
a Kisses! urinal?
No, it is not. Basically most siphon/p-trap
hardware will work (if fitted for the specifications
of our urinal, please check before buying the hardware).
- Is the tap included when I buy a WET washbasin or tub?
No, it is not. You can fit a tap of
your choice.
- What is included when I buy a WET washbasin or tub?
When you buy a WET washbasin we always include a chromed design sifon and waistset.
With a bath tub, the syphon, waistset and overflow are always included. In both cases the tap is an optional choice.
- How can I pay my order?
Bathroom Mania! offers two payment methods,
you can pay using either a credit card or a bank transfer.
- Is it safe to pay online using the Bathroom Mania! shop?
Yes, it is. We use a third party payment
services provider (Triple
Deal) that ensures safe and secure payment transactions.
- When using your online shop I cannot get any products into
my Shopping cart, what is going wrong?
Make sure your browser is allowing the
use of 'cookies' (options > privacy settings). If you cannot
get the shop to work on your computer please use our Offline
Shopping forms.
- What about shipping costs?
Shipping costs are included in the specified
prices. The shipping costs cover a door-to-door transport
of the products ordered. The products will be delivered at
the location you specify.
- I am ordering from a member country of the European Union.
What about tax or local import duties?
If you order from a country of the European
Union import duties are not applicable. Orders for companies
that provide their tax identification number will be invoiced
with 0% tax. The customer will be responsible for paying local
taxes. For consumers in the European Union 19% tax is included
in the prices as mentioned on our website.
- I am ordering from a country outside the European Union.
What about tax or local import duties?
You will most probably have to pay import
duties and local taxes. These are NOT included in the prices
of Bathroom Mania! Check with your local customs office to
get an indication of the costs you can expect.
- Is the Kisses! urinal available?
The first Kisses! urinals have already
been shipped to their owners! The number of urinals that initially
are available will be limited though. We recommend ordering
promptly. After you have placed your order we will inform
you regarding the expected delivery date of the urinal.

When does Bathroom Mania! ship my product?
If the Kisses! urinal is on stock and
the payment of the full order amount has been received Bathroom
Mania! will under normal circumstances ship your order within
5 working days. This is excluding the transport time to your
location. Also take a look at our terms
& conditions for more information.
- What is the average transport time?
Depending on your location shipping
takes 2-7 days. In case we expect that the transport will
take more time we will inform you.

Distributors / Resellers
- I am a shopowner or a distributor and I want to be a Bathroom
Mania! reseller/distributor. Is this possible?
Initially Bathroom Mania! will only
sell via our online webstore. We currently do not have any
special arrangements for resellers or distributors. We expect
to start selling to distributors and shops in selected countries

- If I look at your site, are there any things I should know?
First of all, please review our website
usage and privacy conditions, these will give you an overview
of the things you can and cannot do with the information you
can find on this website.
Furthermore, our website uses 'cookies' (small pieces of software

- can I contact you?
We recommend you to have the urinal
installed by a qualified specialist. We provide you with installation
instructions on our website and have included a manual
in the Kisses! Urinal box. We do not provide operational support,
but can recommend a qualified installation specialist (only
applicable in the Netherlands).

- I received my product, but it is broken! Can I get a replacement?
Or a refund?
Contact us via our contact
form and we will get in contact with you as soon as possible
to discuss the possible ways to solve your problem.
- I received my Kisses! urinal but it is not 100% perfect
(e.g. a small dent, but or scratch). Can I get a replacement?
Bathroom Mania! guarantees that all
products have passed extensive quality control procedures,
the product you have received should be in perfect condition.
Note though that the Kisses! urinal is a ceramic product,
which is subject to tolerances and slight imperfections. These
imperfections can never be a reason to return a product or
